Prof. Hong Xue was invited to present on behalf of APRALO at the AP* Retreat in Beijing on August 24, 2009. She introduced the quick development of APRALO at both organization and policy aspects. Hong also actively participated the discussions and debates with other STARs at Asia Pacific Internet Community.
